Stairs and Landing Before photos

Help! I need to choose a paint color or two for this hallway and stairs...
This is the first view from the kitchen as you start up the stairs. Everything is taped and prepped, it's just waiting for a color or two. UPDATE: We're going bold...a darker sage-y green on the walls up the stairs, and a lighter sage green up on the landing. If we like it, it stays. If we don't, I may be repainting the two colors in May once I'm not breathing for two. ;)

Turned around and looking back at the stairs and out the window toward the back yard.


One of the rooms it leads to is this TV/guest room with caramel-colored walls that still need to have pictures hung on the walls. The other room is my office with turqoise carpet. All of the carpet is going at some point (to be replaced with better carpeting or wood? Haven't decided yet), but I don't know when.
